Hot Hot Hot!

The past few weeks have been increasingly hot. However, the weather in California cannot be compared to the heat in Mexico. I was in Mexicali for 1 whole week. The weather was unbearable. The temperature in the morning was already 100+. My shirt was soaked with sweat within an hour. However, I had a great time spending hours with my family and friends. We helped the local children with arts and crafts and it was great. The car I took to Mexicali was covered by Geico. Luckily, the car was not harmed during the 6 hour trip to Mexicali. After leaving my car out in the heat, the temperature inside the car was unbearable. I'm pretty sure it was over 140 in the car. I was wondering how the plastics in the car weren't melting. The trip to Mexicali was great and fun. Luckily, I was able to fix the AC in the car before the trip started. Well, here's my story. I'll see you guys next time.

Summer has arrived!

Hello viewers. Summer has finally arrived and I've been on vacation for very long time. Just came back from a vacation with the family in Hawaii. Really fun! Definitely the best vacation spot for summer. At the moment, I haven't had any issues with my current auto insurance provider, Geico. Recently, a friend of mine had an issue with his current insurance provider which happens to be Geico. He tells me their customer is unreliable, which I completely disagree with. Geico has helped through many problems I have had. I plan to have my second car insured with Geico. I will soon be driving to New Mexico for a small vacation with my friends. Hopefully, we stay safe and out of harms way. I believe that Geico will back us up if we were to be in any trouble. Sorry I haven't been updating you guys recently, but hopefully I can keep this blog alive. Thanks for reading, and Bye!

It's Almost Summer!

Hey guys! Summer is almost here and I've been quite busy with work and school. Luckily, vacation is right around the corner and I'll be driving across the country to visit friends and family. I currently live in California, and I'll be visiting friends in Nevada and Texas, so I really want to stay well protected. As I have said preciously before, I am still with Geico auto insurance agency. They have been kind in their services to their current customers. I have yet to have been in an accident, but I did have a friend whose car was wrecked in an accident on the 101 freeway. Luckily he got away free of harm, but his car was destroyed. The accident wasn't his fault, as the opposing driver was drunk. Geico responded almost immediately and he will receive funding. The other driver, however, was not insured, and my friend will be suing. Please, don't drive drunk, especially if you're uninsured. Anyways, it's been a while since I've last posted, so I'll keep you guys updated as well as possible. Hopefully it wont take another month till the next post, but until next time, stay safe, stay cool, and stay fresh! Follow this blog if you want more info on my auto insurance journey!

Friend's Journey!

So, a friend of mine, who I have no seen in for 5 years, saw me today at a local market. He was a great guy, and a great friend as well. Surprisingly, he's a auto insurance agent. He works for Allstate, and he gave some great tips that I will be sharing with you guys today. The guy has been an agent for 4 years now, and he believes that these tips will further increase your knowledge of the auto insurance world.

1. Auto insurance companies only want thing from you . Money. Geico and Allstate were and still are some of my favorite auto insurance providers due to their cheap cost. However, their services are extremely helpful and amazing.
2. Don't join a bandwagon. We see many different T.V commercials for Geico, Allstate, Statefarm, and etc. Well, don't join a auto insurance company based on commercials. It's stupid and it will most likely get you into trouble later on.
3. Always speak with an agent before signing with a company. Many agents are extremely helpful in certain situations. They answer your most curious questions with precision, so I highly recommend speaking with an agent beforehand. Friends are not your agents. They may enjoy their service, but you may not.

I hope this will help you all out in finding a great auto insurance dealer! Till next time!

It's May!

Hi readers! It's May! I haven't been posting as frequently as I should be, but school work has been dragging me to the depth of the abyss. Summer break is almost coming up, so hopefully then I can post frequently. Now let's enter auto-insurance talk. Many of you frequent readers may know that I recently switched to Geico insurance. If you read my other posts, Geico has been quite an extremely helpful service provider. Here are my new reviews of Geico:
  •  There service is top quality. There may be some errors here and there, but overall, it is an exiting experience to join a company so great and so powerful.
  • The customer service wasn't as great as my previous service provider, StateFarm, but I still believe it's still high quality.
  • Recently, a friend of mine was involved in a mini collision. The Geico company immediately responded and he received his money and services in hours of the accident. I believe this is superior auto insurance.

Please continue to watch for new posts as I will create new ones frequently. Once again, thank you all for reading! BYE! See you in a week or 2!

My Experience With Geico!

Recently, I switched over to Geico after my friends demanded my to. I have with AllState before the switch, and I enjoyed their services. However, they have been charging too much recently, so I had to make the switch. Geico's services are almost in par with AllState. Their cost is also much less than AllState. However, one major difference that I noticed were the fact that costumer service isn't as great on Geico as it is on AllState. It's not the best service, but it'll do. AllState usually answered all my questions whenever I called. Geico seems to enjoy placing their people on hold. Luckily for me, my friends are veterans with Geico, so they are able to answer most of my questions. Another reason I enjoyed AllState much more than Geico, was the fact that Geico is too hectic. They send me way too much mails, and it gets piled up. It frustrates me when I receive a mail from Geico without any knowledge beforehand. Anyways, these are just some of my problems with Geico. Fortunately, it's not any major problems. I have friends with other car insurances, such as Statefarm and Progressive, so I'll let you guys know of their opinion on those companies. I'll keep you guys posted on this blog, so in the meantime, bye!

Hopefully, school doesn't drag me into a life of procrastination. HAHAHA. Thank you for your time!

Statefarm, Geico, Allstate! Which One Is the Best For Me?

There are many different auto insurance providers throughout America. However, one may have a difficult time choosing from these list of auto insurance providers. Recently, I have joined Geico's auto insurance plan, and boy has it saved me some money! Before transferring services to Geico, my first auto insurance provider was Statefarm. They were great. However, I felt something was missing. I was paying a little too much for a service that Geico was providing at a much lower price, but with a better plan. All my friends had joined Geico a few years before I did, so I gave it a go. Their customer service is amazing. They will answer your calls immediately, something Statefarm lacked. I thought about Allstate as well, but decided to join Geico as my friends were already senior members of it. I could ask them for help if I had any difficulties. The auto insurance plans provided by Geico are amazing. Statefarm provides the same plans, but at a higher price and rate. So, I'm saving a huge amount of money from switching to Geico. I do not suggest anyone to switch between service providers until they are sure of it.

Why Are Teenagers So Clumsy Behind The Wheel?

Teenagers are always exited to be a part of the driving community. Earning the ability to drive at an early age is always a thrill for many teenagers. However, be warned parents. Teenagers must understand the true dangers being behind the wheel. Auto insurance is must for teenage drivers. Statistics say that 30% of teenage accidents were not insured at all. Keeping your child insured will make you, the parents, feel at ease while your child drives his or her car. However, what are some reasons that causes an extreme amount of teenage accidents throughout the world. Teenagersike to show off the fact that they have the ability to drive. They drive faster to prove to their friends that he or she is not afraid of the road. Other teens may text it call their friends while driving. Although a new law was implemented against texting and calling in the car, it still frequently happens. Keep your teens insured and keep them safe by teaching them the dangers of the road. Have The Best Car Insurance!

Insurance is important for a person who has just learned driving. It will cover some mishaps, the new driver could get into simply because he/she is relatively inexperienced in driving our dangerous streets. In case a new driver happened to bump the rear of an exorbitantly priced machinery, the cost of repairs alone is impossibly sky high! Acquiring a comprehensive car insurance would be your best bet to cover you in cases like this because it will take care of the damages that you caused to your and the other car and it will also be responsible for paying the medical expenses of injured passengers involved in the accident. When shopping for the best car insurance, get at least 3-5 quotations from reputable car insurance companies, compare their premiums and extent of coverage. If you hate reading legal jargon involving car insurance, you can ask your sales agent about the salient point of the policy.

Love Old Cars? Insurance Warning

People or should we say, Americans are very passionate about cars that they collect, maintain and restore some of the best vehicles ever produced by the auto industry. These old classics are some of the best and most powerful cars around and more common than not they come into your garage with faulty engines that can be repaired but some opt to do with an overall engine swap which is cheaper. May it be to maintain the original feel or for upgrade purposes, the engine is an integral part of the whole vehicle and is also important to you and your insurance company.

Do you know that swapping your old engine for a better more powerful one if not done correctly can invalidate your car insurance policy. Such actions are considered to be modifications and your car’s chassis is matched from the factory and are both encoded within the cryptic VIN number. There is a legal way of doing this with the proper papers presented to the DMV and insurance company regarding the engine and it’s history. Getting the DMV files updated legalizes your upgrade or engine swap, getting the records straight and lessening the headache of insurance claims.

Types of Coverage in Car Insurance

In understanding auto insurance policies, you should learn the types of coverages that car insurance companies offer.
  • LIABILITY: This coverage will pay for the damages induced to your car, and also to damages inflicted to the property of others. It also includes medical expenses and wages lost. It also pays for defense and court expenses.
  • COLLISION: This coverage will pay for the damages to your car caused by collision with another car or an object.
  • COMPREHENSIVE: This type of coverage will pay for the damages inflicted to the insured vehicle that doesn’t occur in auto accident. This will only cover accidents such as hail, fire, wind, earthquake, flood, vandalism or theft.

Understanding the following insurance policies will give you a heads up on which insurance company you wish to side with.

Cost of Car Insurance Coverage for Teenagers

Anything that is associated with a teenager is usually expensive like clothes, jewelries, allowances, gadgets and other stuffs. Providing your teenager with an auto insurance coverage is no different. There is a need to keep them safe while on the road especially with the soaring incidence of drunk driving accidents. The life of your teenager is of course priceless hence can never compare to the amount you have to pay as premium for their insurance coverage.

Teenagers are considered a high risk group because of the different troubles that they usually get involved with. Helping your teenager to become a responsible driver is very important not only for his safety but to help you lower the costs on the car insurance coverage. As a parent, you need to lead by example and show your teenager how to be a responsible driver, otherwise he will learn from whatever driving habits he forms while on the road.

What Types of Cars Cost the Most to Insure?

Depending on the income and financial stability of the driver of the car, paying a lot for insurance can be a very difficult thing to do. Anyone wanting to insure his or her car obviously wants to get the best deal on car insurance. Unfortunately, some cars cost a lot of money to insure no matter how good of a driving record and credit history the driver has. That is why it is important to know what cars cost the most to insure.

Overall, sports cars are going to be more expensive when it comes to car insurance premiums. They have large engines, and insurance companies know that a lot of people who own them like to drive them fast. That means a higher potential for tickets, and also for accidents. They’re also expensive to work on if they get damaged because the parts cost a lot. It’s something to keep in mind, along with the gas mileage, if you’re planning on buying one.

If you haven’t bought a car yet, finding out about the insurance costs before you purchase your next vehicle can help you make a good financial decision. No matter what kind of car you decide to buy, insurance, mileage, and other maintenance costs should all be considered before making your purchase decision. Check with a couple of insurance companies and ask what their car insurance rates are for the types of cars you’re looking at. Of course, these are not exact and they are based on the car insurance coverage options that you asked for at the time.
